- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli flowerets
- 1 c. chopped cooked chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1/2 small can water chestnuts
Method
- In pie plate or shallow casserole, spread cooked broccoli and top with chicken.
- Combine soup, milk and water chestnuts and about half of cheese.
- Pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Combine margarine and crumbs.
- Spread over cheese.
- Bake 15 minutes at 425° or until hot.
