Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli flowerets
  • 1 c. chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1/2 small can water chestnuts

Method

  • In pie plate or shallow casserole, spread cooked broccoli and top with chicken.
  • Combine soup, milk and water chestnuts and about half of cheese.
  • Pour over chicken.
  • Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Combine margarine and crumbs.
  • Spread over cheese.
  • Bake 15 minutes at 425° or until hot.
