Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 8 baked potatoes (cubed)
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Fry bacon; set aside.
- In bacon grease fry potatoes, onions and bell peppers until tender.
- Dice bacon; add to potato mixture. Salt and pepper to taste.
