Ingredients
- 1 doz. corn tortillas
- 1 1/2 lb. Jack cheese, grated
- 2 (4 oz.) cans green chiles, diced
- 1 pt. sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil (for frying)
Method
- Combine cheese, chiles, sour cream, salt and pepper.
- Heat oil and fry each tortilla for a few seconds.
- Keep them limp, as overfrying wil make them hard.
- Drain tortillas on paper towels.
