- 1 pound Ground Chicken
- 1 cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon Fajita Seasoning (Prefer Jardines)
- 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Lime Juice
- Hamburger Buns
Method
- 1.
- Saute green pepper in butter and fajita seasoning.
- 2.
- While the green peppers are cooking, mix cilantro, sour cream and lime and put to the side.
- Dip a chip in it while you wait.
- It is yuummy!
- If you have a handful of extra monterey jack cheese, throw that in the sour cream mixture, too.
- 3.
- Once the green peppers are cooking and smelling delicious, mix it together with the cheese and ground chicken.
- 4.
- Mix and squeeze and combine with your hands.
- Score into 4 sections and fry in the pan used to saute the green peppers.
- 5.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
- 6.
- Serve on buns and top with cilantro lime sauce.
- Note: can be served with tomatoes and chips.
