Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Chicken
  • 1 cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon Fajita Seasoning (Prefer Jardines)
  • 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 1/2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Lime Juice
  • Hamburger Buns

Method

  • 1.
  • Saute green pepper in butter and fajita seasoning.
  • 2.
  • While the green peppers are cooking, mix cilantro, sour cream and lime and put to the side.
  • Dip a chip in it while you wait.
  • It is yuummy!
  • If you have a handful of extra monterey jack cheese, throw that in the sour cream mixture, too.
  • 3.
  • Once the green peppers are cooking and smelling delicious, mix it together with the cheese and ground chicken.
  • 4.
  • Mix and squeeze and combine with your hands.
  • Score into 4 sections and fry in the pan used to saute the green peppers.
  • 5.
  • Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  • 6.
  • Serve on buns and top with cilantro lime sauce.
  • Note: can be served with tomatoes and chips.
