Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. or 1 stick melted and barely warm oleo
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Mix sugar, flour and eggs.
- Add oleo, then buttermilk and vanilla.
- Mix in pecans.
- Pour into unbaked pie shells.
- Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° for about 20 minutes or until done.
- Makes 2 pies.
