Ingredients
- chicken pieces
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 1/2 tsp. onion flakes
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Method
- Saute chicken pieces in butter until golden.
- Remove from heat.
- Combine in same skillet soup, onion flakes, parsley, salt, thyme and water.
- Bring to boil.
- Pour rice into 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
- Pour all but 1/2 of soup mixture over rice.
- Top with chicken, then remaining soup mixture.
- Cover and bake 30 minutes.
