Ingredients
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. oil
Method
- Mix yeast and warm water.
- Let yeast dissolve.
- Add sugar, salt and half the flour.
- Beat well and add egg and oil.
- Mix well.
- Add the rest of the flour until smooth.
- Cover and keep in refrigerator.
- Punch down if it raises.
