Ingredients
- 6 c. bread crumbs (corn bread and biscuits)
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. onions, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 chicken, cooked and off the bones
- 2 c. milk
Method
- Mix first 6 ingredients together in a large bowl with enough broth to soften bread crumbs. Add the chicken (after taking it off the bones and cut into small pieces).
- Add 2 cups sweet milk. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 450° for 1 hour or until brown.
