Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed tomato soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. marjoram leaves, crushed
  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Method

  • In large saucepan, brown ground beef, onion and celery; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Cover; simmer over low heat 5 to 10 minutes or until carrots are tender and soup is thoroughly heated.
