- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed tomato soup
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. water
- 1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. marjoram leaves, crushed
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Method
- In large saucepan, brown ground beef, onion and celery; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cover; simmer over low heat 5 to 10 minutes or until carrots are tender and soup is thoroughly heated.
