Ingredients
- 1 lb. cooked vegetables (i.e. peas, broccoli)
- 2 whole chicken breasts, cooked
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- corn bread crumbs
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- In a 9 x 13-inch pan, put vegetables.
- Next, layer meat from chicken breasts.
- Next, combine chicken soup, mayo and curry powder.
- Spread over chicken.
- Top with corn bread crumbs and shredded cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
