Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast halves, skin removed
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained or 2 large fresh tomatoes, quartered
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 c. corn, frozen
- 1 c. low sodium vegetable juice (V-8)
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 medium onion, sliced
Method
- Place all ingredients in a baking dish.
- Bake

- 375° for 45 to
- 50 minutes or until done.
- (The
- juice

- the chicken should be clear when pierced deeply with a fork.)
