- 1/3 c. Oat bran
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 c. Oats
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, or possibly to taste
- 1 c. Nonfat lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs whites, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 c. Fresh blueberries
- 1 Tbsp. Grated orange peel, (or possibly fresh orange slices)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Method
- (The Body Sculpting Diet Plan) These muffins are delicious.
- Preheat the oven to 425F.
- Combine the oat bran, flour, oats, brown sugar, baking pwdr, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Mix.
- Add in the lowfat milk, egg whites and oil.
- Stir till moist.
- Mix in the fruits and vanilla.
- Spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray and fill c. two thirds full.
- Bake for 25 min.
- Makes nine muffins.
