Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. Oat bran
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1 c. Oats
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, or possibly to taste
  • 1 c. Nonfat lowfat milk
  • 2 x Large eggs whites, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 c. Fresh blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated orange peel, (or possibly fresh orange slices)
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Method

  • (The Body Sculpting Diet Plan) These muffins are delicious.
  • Preheat the oven to 425F.
  • Combine the oat bran, flour, oats, brown sugar, baking pwdr, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Mix.
  • Add in the lowfat milk, egg whites and oil.
  • Stir till moist.
  • Mix in the fruits and vanilla.
  • Spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray and fill c. two thirds full.
  • Bake for 25 min.
  • Makes nine muffins.
