Ingredients
- 8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, halved
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- hot cooked rice
- 4 slices American cheese, halved
- 8 thin tomato slices
- 1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing
Method
- Place chicken in 13 x 9-inch baking dish, which has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Top with cheese.
- Stir soup and spread over cheese; top with tomato.
- Combine with stuffing; sprinkle over tomato.
- Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
- Serve over hot rice.
