Ingredients
- 2 1/4 pounds chicken or pheasant ut into medium-size pieces
- 4 onions mediums, sliced
- 4 tomatoes medium-size, chopped or 50 gr. Pomi tomat
- 50 butter
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon paprika or ajika, or red peper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 coriander
- 1 tablespoon garlic
Method
- Fry it in sunflower oil together with 4 medium sliced onions until it become translucent and chicken change colour - about ten min on medium heat
- Add tomatoes, black pepper and ajika. Cover and simmer for 20-30 min
- Add butter, stir and leave on low heat 3-5 min more
- Remove from the heat and immediately add diced coriandr, blue basil and parsley with 1 tbs finely chopped or mashed garlic
- Mix and leave for 5-10 min
