Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 pounds chicken or pheasant ut into medium-size pieces
  • 4 onions mediums, sliced
  • 4 tomatoes medium-size, chopped or 50 gr. Pomi tomat
  • 50 butter
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon paprika or ajika, or red peper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 coriander
  • 1 tablespoon garlic

Method

  • Fry it in sunflower oil together with 4 medium sliced onions until it become translucent and chicken change colour - about ten min on medium heat
  • Add tomatoes, black pepper and ajika. Cover and simmer for 20-30 min
  • Add butter, stir and leave on low heat 3-5 min more
  • Remove from the heat and immediately add diced coriandr, blue basil and parsley with 1 tbs finely chopped or mashed garlic
  • Mix and leave for 5-10 min
