Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 small can cream
  • 8 oz. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Method

  • Boil chicken until tender.
  • Reserve 2 cups of broth.
  • Remove chicken from bone and cut in fine pieces.
  • Mix soups with chicken broth and can of cream.
  • Mix stuffing with 1 stick margarine (melted).
  • Put half of stuffing mix in a 9 x 13-inch pan, then put chicken in pan.
  • Pour soup mixture over chicken.
  • Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix on top.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
