Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 small can cream
- 8 oz. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Method
- Boil chicken until tender.
- Reserve 2 cups of broth.
- Remove chicken from bone and cut in fine pieces.
- Mix soups with chicken broth and can of cream.
- Mix stuffing with 1 stick margarine (melted).
- Put half of stuffing mix in a 9 x 13-inch pan, then put chicken in pan.
- Pour soup mixture over chicken.
- Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix on top.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
