- 1 c. oil
- 6 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 pkg. Ramen noodles
- 1/3 c. almonds
- 1/3 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 large bowl cabbage
- carrots
