Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 5 crushed cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 slice crustless French bread
- 1/4 c. milk
Method
- Sauce for seafood or beef.
- Soak bread in milk and wring dry. Place all ingredients except olive oil in blender or processor. Blend until smooth, slowly adding oil.
- Serves 4.
