Ingredients
- 1 green pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. rice
- 1 pt. canned tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cut the green pepper and onion fine.
- Saute in a little margarine.
- Add hamburger and let simmer slowly until hamburger is done.
- After the rice is cooked until about done, drain it.
