Ingredients
- small bag Pepperidge Farm herb dressing (not cubes)
- 3 lb. chicken breast
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom
- 1 can cream of celery
- 2 c. reserved chicken broth
Method
- Cook chicken about 1 1/2 hours.
- Remove skin and bones.
- Cut into pieces and set aside.
- Melt butter and add dressing.
- Mix well.
- Mix broth and soups together over medium heat until heated through.
- Pour 1/2 of dressing and butter mix into bottom of pan. Layer all of chicken over this.
- Finish with the rest of dressing mixture.
- Pour hot soup mixture over entire pan.
- Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
