Ingredients
- 2 c. strawberries
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Method
- Rinse and crush berries in small bowl.
- Set aside 1 cup for meringue.
- Beat egg whites until frothy.
- Add sugar and beat until it peaks.
- Mix the 1 cup berries and the meringue.
- Sweeten remaining berries with powdered sugar.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
