Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Grease and flour 2 (9 x 5-inch) loaf pans.
  • In bowl, combine strawberries, eggs and oil.
  • In separate bowl combine flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and nuts. Add strawberry mixture to dry ingredients and stir until blended. Pour batter into pans.
  • Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
