Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 3 carrots, cut round
- 1 small onion, diced
- 8 oz. egg noodles
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Method
- Boil chicken with carrots and onion until completely cooked, about 1 hour.
- Remove chicken and continue vegetables with 8 ounces of egg noodles for 5 minutes.
- Drain mixture and set aside.
