Ingredients
- 1/3 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 c. salad oil
Method
- In a covered blender container at low speed, blend all ingredients (except oil) until well mixed.
- Then turn control to high speed.
- Remove center of cover or cover; very slowly pour oil in a steady stream into the mixture.
- Continue blending until well mixed.
- Cover and refrigerate dressing.
