Ingredients
- 8 ounces milk chocolate
- 1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups corn flakes (I prefer to slightly crush them)
Method
- Chop chocolate into bite-sized pieces and melt over a double boiler.
- (Make sure the water doesn't spatter into your chocolate, or you will ruin it!
- ).
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and cornflakes.
- Drop by teaspoons on a waxed-paper lined cookie sheet.
- Let harden for 3-4 hours.
- Do NOT refrigerate!
