Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 box Stove Top cornbread stuffing
  • 1 box chicken flavor Stove Top stuffing
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. chicken broth

Method

  • Boil chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Debone chicken; cut into small pieces.
  • Cook stuffing according to package directions.
  • Mix soups together.
  • Add 1/2 cup of reserved broth to soups.
  • In a casserole dish, do a layer of chicken, soup and stuffing, ending with stuffing on top.
  • Pour other 1/2 cup of reserved broth on top.
  • Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
