Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 box Stove Top cornbread stuffing
- 1 box chicken flavor Stove Top stuffing
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. chicken broth
Method
- Boil chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
- Debone chicken; cut into small pieces.
- Cook stuffing according to package directions.
- Mix soups together.
- Add 1/2 cup of reserved broth to soups.
- In a casserole dish, do a layer of chicken, soup and stuffing, ending with stuffing on top.
- Pour other 1/2 cup of reserved broth on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
