Ingredients

  • 1 (20 pack) flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 dozen eggs
  • 2 lb. bacon, cooked
  • 1 (12 pack) sliced cheese
  • 1/2 large onion, diced (optional)
  • 1 bottle hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 c. fresh milk
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. ground pepper
  • 1/4 stick butter

Method

  • Crack eggs into large bowl.
  • Add milk, salt and pepper. Beat or mix together very well.
  • Take large skillet, butter it very well and turn stove on medium low.
  • Add butter, onion and hot sauce to
  • eggs.
  • Cook until done.
  • Warm up tortillas.
  • Put 5 tablespoons of
  • egg mixture in middle of tortilla; add bacon and as much
  • cheese
  • as
  • you
  • want.
  • Roll
  • tightly.
  • Wrap with Saran Wrap
  • and
  • they
  • stay
  • fresh
  • all
  • week.
