Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. hamburger
  • 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c. parsley flakes
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. onion, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/3 c. ketchup

Method

  • Mix all meatball ingredients; shape into small meatballs (approximately 1 inch) and place in covered casserole or possibly baking dish.
  • Combine all sauce ingredients and heat slowly till cranberry sauce melts.
  • Pour sauce over meatballs.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  • Spoon off fat before serving.
