Ingredients
- 4 large chicken breasts or 1 lb. boneless breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Place chicken in baking dish.
- In small bowl, combine soup and sour cream, then stir in mushrooms.
- Spoon this on top of chicken. Cover with foil.
- Bake at 325° to 350° for 1 hour.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
