Ingredients
- 12 to 15 small onions
- 5 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Peel onions; add water to cover and cook until tender and drain.
- Melt butter and sugar in heavy skillet.
- Add onions and cook over low heat 15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- Serves 6.
