Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
- 1 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. onions
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Combine the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Shape into balls and brown in
- skillet.
- (Place
- little
- shortening in skillet.) Drain off liquid
- and pour barbecue sauce over meat; simmer for 20 minutes. If desired meat may be transferred to a casserole dish after browning and
- baked in a 325° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
