Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups butter
  • 1 14 cups sugar
  • 1 14 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 14 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cake flour
  • 1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips (2 cups)

Method

  • Beat butter and sugars 2-3 minutes until fluffy.
  • Add eggs and vanilla; beat until well mixed, about 1 minute.
  • Add dry ingredients.
  • Beat until well mixed.
  • Mix in chocolate chips.
  • Drop dough by 1/4-cupfuls 2" apart on cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 350 for 10-14 minutes until golden brown.
