Ingredients
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 3 medium bananas, peeled and mashed
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines deluxe yellow cake mix
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pans.
- Put cream cheese and eggs in small mixer bowl; blend at low speed until smooth.
- Add mashed bananas; mix well.
- Place half of dry cake mix in large bowl. Add banana mixture and beat until blended.
- Add remaining cake mix and nuts; stir until just blended.
- Divide batter evenly in pans.
- Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans on racks 20 minutes.
- Remove from pans; cool completely on racks.
