Ingredients
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. honey
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Cream the oleo and sugar in small mixer bowl; blend in honey and vanilla.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Combine flour, cocoa and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Fold in nuts; pour into greased 9-inch square pan.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until brownie begins to pull away from edge of pan.
- Cool.
- Frost with Honey Frosting.
