Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup white rice
  • 5 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp low sodium adobo
  • 8 Spanish olives chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter

Method

  • In a large pan melt butter
  • Add rice and lightly toast
  • Add paprika, garlic powder, and adobo.
  • Mix well.
  • Add water bring to boil then simmer.
  • About 10 minutes.
  • Once water has reduced in half add chopped onion and chopped olives.
  • Stir.
  • Simmer until all water has aborted.
  • About 10 minutes.
