Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup white rice
- 5 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp low sodium adobo
- 8 Spanish olives chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
Method
- In a large pan melt butter
- Add rice and lightly toast
- Add paprika, garlic powder, and adobo.
- Mix well.
- Add water bring to boil then simmer.
- About 10 minutes.
- Once water has reduced in half add chopped onion and chopped olives.
- Stir.
- Simmer until all water has aborted.
- About 10 minutes.
