Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
  • 18 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1 cup mushrooms fresh
  • 2 cans green beans
  • 1 large egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons onions
  • 18 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups bread crumbs buttered
  • 1/2 cup butter (for bread crumbs)

Method

  • Make cream sauce of butter, salt, pepper, flour and milk.
  • Add beaten egg yolk, onion, parsley flakes, paprika, and mushrooms.
  • Cook for 1 minute.
  • Place green beans in buttered casserole dish and pour sauce over green beans and top with buttered bread crumbs.
  • Bake in oven at 350F (180C) for about 1 hour.
