Ingredients
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 box brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 c. coconut
Method
- Mix melted butter and brown sugar together.
- Add eggs; mix well.
- Add flour and continue beating.
- Add coconut and pecans. Pour into a greased baking pan.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown.
- Top with pecans dipped in melted caramels.
- Place pecans on top of chewy cake.
- Cut into squares.
