Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. oatmeal
- 2 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. butter, melted
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix all ingredients; drop by 1/2 teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets about 2 inches apart.
- Bake at 375° for 7 minutes. Cool on pan, then remove.
