Ingredients
- 8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
- 2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
- 8 oz. carton sour cream
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- paprika
Method
- Cook macaroni. Combine next 6 ingredients and add to macaroni. Stir well. Spoon into lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
