Ingredients
- 1 large can creamed corn (2 c.)
- 2 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. corn meal
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
Method
- Mix dry ingredients and add to melted butter and corn.
- Beat well and drop by spoonfuls in deep fat.
- When brown, serve with syrup and butter.
