- Ranch dressing

Method
- Microwave or boil potatoes until tender, unpeeled.
- Cut potatoes into quarters.
- Spray a casserole dish with a nonstick spray and line dish with potatoes.
- Place dots of butter around potatoes or squeeze liquid butter over them.
