Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. Quaker 100% Natural cereal, coarsely crushed
Method
- Drain pineapple well, reserving 1 tablespoon juice.
- Beat together the cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and pineapple juice. Add pineapple, bacon, onion, soy sauce and salt; mix well.
- Chill several hours, or until firm.
- Shape to form 1 large ball or 2 small balls.*
- Chill.
