Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. Quaker 100% Natural cereal, coarsely crushed

Method

  • Drain pineapple well, reserving 1 tablespoon juice.
  • Beat together the cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and pineapple juice. Add pineapple, bacon, onion, soy sauce and salt; mix well.
  • Chill several hours, or until firm.
  • Shape to form 1 large ball or 2 small balls.*
  • Chill.
