Ingredients
- 12 medium new potatoes
- 1 c. grated medium sharp cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
- salt and pepper
Method
- Wash potatoes.
- Slice 1/4 inch slices.
- Cook in boiling salt water.
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Grease 2 quart casserole dish. Place layer each of potatoes, cheese, bacon, potatoes, cheese and bacon.
- Pour on half of butter.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Repeat.
- Heat in oven 15 minutes.
