Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 8 oz. sour cream
Method
- Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla until smooth, add eggs and beat well.
- Add flour mixture alternately with sour cream and beat well.
- Put batter in well greased pans (2 loaf pans or 1 angel food cake pan),
- swirl filling through the batter.
- Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool 30 minutes and remove from pans.
