Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 8 oz. sour cream

Method

  • Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla until smooth, add eggs and beat well.
  • Add flour mixture alternately with sour cream and beat well.
  • Put batter in well greased pans (2 loaf pans or 1 angel food cake pan),
  • swirl filling through the batter.
  • Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool 30 minutes and remove from pans.
