Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 2 c. raw grated carrots
Method
- Mix oil and sugar.
- Add eggs and blend.
- Mix dry ingredients well, then add nuts, pineapple and carrots and blend well.
- Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 325° for 1 hour.
