Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- dash of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 graham cracker crust
Method
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy; add sugar.
- Beat until well blended; add lemon juice and salt.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
- Pour filling into pie crust.
- Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
