Ingredients

  • 1 chicken
  • 1 pkg. noodles
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 large onion
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 to 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • approximately 1 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Cook and debone chicken.
  • Cook noodles in chicken broth; add onion, bell pepper and garlic to a small amount of broth.
  • Cook until tender; add to noodles along with cheese, mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper and oregano.
  • Put cheese slices on top and cook until hot through in oven or microwave.
