Ingredients
- 12 oz ground beef
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 None orange
- 1 bunch watercress (10 oz), trimmed
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 8 None dried dates, pitted and thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Heat an oiled medium skillet on high heat. Cook beef and cumin, stirring, until browned.
- Meanwhile, segment the orange over a small bowl and reserve 2 tbsp juice.
- Combine the beef mixture, orange segments and reserved juice with the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Season to taste.
