Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 c. elbow macaroni
- 1 (15 oz.) can mixed vegetables
- 1 small pkg. potato chips
- 1 can tomato soup
Method
- Brown ground beef and onions.
- Cook macaroni in salted water. Rinse with cold water.
- Drain.
- Mix all ingredients together except the potato chips.
- Place in baking dish.
- Sprinkle crushed chips on top.
- Bake 25 minutes at 350°.
