Ingredients

  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Bisquick
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Heat oven to 375°.
  • Mix 1 cup Bisquick and water to make a dough.
  • Knead vigorously.
  • Roll dough to fit a 9-inch pie plate. Cook ground beef, onion and drain.
  • Stir in salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and remaining Bisquick.
  • Pour into crust.
  • Mix cottage cheese and eggs and pour over the top.
  • Arrange tomato slices on top.
  • Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake 30 minutes.
