- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Bisquick
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Heat oven to 375°.
- Mix 1 cup Bisquick and water to make a dough.
- Knead vigorously.
- Roll dough to fit a 9-inch pie plate. Cook ground beef, onion and drain.
- Stir in salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and remaining Bisquick.
- Pour into crust.
- Mix cottage cheese and eggs and pour over the top.
- Arrange tomato slices on top.
- Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake 30 minutes.
