Ingredients
- 8 oz. light cream cheese
- 4 oz. sharp grated cheddar
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- sliced granny smith apples
- crackers
Method
- Cream cheeses well with curry. Pat into small round cake tin. Chill in fridge.
- Turn out onot platter or serving dish. Put chutney on top. Serve with sliced granny smith apples and crackers.
